No. A long time ago I began studying through the NSCA, but I never finished. I’m thinking of finishing within the next year or two.

My #1 goal and focus is/are on my readers. The gut is a fragile place. Because of this, I refuse to be just another “healthy lifestyle” blogger promoting and catering to anyone and everyone. I make decisions like this for a very specific reason. In order to protect the integrity and authenticity of this blog I limit the amount of reviews. I am not a one-size fits all, and I believe in longer term partnerships vs. one-hit wonders. I welcome any and all forms of contact to further explore relationships.

I have tried everything. I can’t figure out what my stomach is still reacting to. What should I do?

The best and most comprehensive action-oriented step I recommend is to try The Elimination Diet.

My stomach issues are not the same as yours. Do you think you’ll still be able to work with me/help me?

Absolutely! I believe in bio-individuality, which was a huge focus at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. What is a cure for me could be poison for you. I will work with you, provide hand-holding and help you navigate your best life. Go ahead, choose your program.

Which diet do you think is best?

None. I don’t believe in “diet.” Instead, I believe in foods that contribute to your overall lifestyle….foods that heal the digestive tract and make you happy daily. That said, I pull from and am educated on over 100 different dietary theories. If there is a theory you are interested in learning more about, studying and practicing, I can help you understand it.

Why won’t you tell me what you eat every single day?

I refuse to do this because what works for me will likely not work 100% for you. I did one WIAW (what I ate Wednesday); I will never do another.

Could something other than food be contributing to my digestive distress?

Yes. Remember, I believe in the power of viewing the body as a whole unit. The gut is not a separate piece to the genetic makeup. I look at primary and secondary foods. These include: spirituality, physical activity, career, relationships and food.

I used to give out information, thoughts and resources every single day – for free. In the end, I have decided that I simply cannot commit to this anymore. Like you, I have 24 hours in a day, and I need to be sure that I am spending them in the best way possible. Furthermore, I have found over the years that when you are ready to truly make a change, then you will make a stronger commitment to yourself by working more in depth with me.
