This is a no-strings-attached initial coaching consultation. Just take this conversation for what it is worth to you, and know that it could be the conversation that begins a real change in your life.
During this 45-minute session (via Skype, Google Hangouts or Phone), you will learn about working with me (and more specifically) about the certain program(s) you might be interested in doing.
We can discuss any of the following; the topics that are most important to you:
- your goals and what you want to accomplish by working with me
- challenges you currently face in trying to reach those goals
- your primary health concerns (digestive or non-digestive related)
- program-specific questions
And in the end, you can go with your gut feeling about moving forward with a program or not moving forward. I will support your decision 100%.
