Today I want to quickly teach you how to make your own nut flour.
Tomorrow is February 1.
I’m not going to lie….I’m super excited. It’s one of my favorite months of the year!
I have had one massive “detox” month in January, and it has really helped pushed my healing forward even more.
One thing I didn’t do at all during January was bake. I chose to spend more time cooking simple creations for my 21-Day New Year-New You Program participants.
But it’s February. Baking is on!
Throughout January I was: gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy free, egg free and grain free.
February won’t change much (except I’m going to try adding egg yolks back in again) – even with the baking. Why? Because I’m going to experiment as much as I can with nut flour…..my own, freshly ground nut flour.
Some of the nuts I like to use when making my own include:
- Hazelnuts (Can also use raw, organic hazelnuts)
- Brazil Nuts (learn more about Brazil Nuts HERE)
- ….and more!
I made a quick video.
