I have many recipes for the family.
I also have many recipes for those with special dietary restrictions.
And even though if I died tomorrow, I would not want anyone to come to my funeral saying things like, “You know, she was fit. She knew a lot about food. She gave great recipes. She helped me understand why I can’t digest sweet potatoes,” I will still share recipes on my blog because part of my journey and a huge part of our lives revolves around food.
Recipes for the Family

And it’s not just my life. It becomes a part of everyone’s lives who enters our household. Just ask Ceci 🙂
There are recipes that I create for my healing efforts. This is a part of my story.
And there are recipes that come straight from my kitchen, in our home, for our growing family.
My favorite recipes? These are the recipes that are the perfect crossover, blending healing with comfort, which is what I tirelessly aim to do because both food and family are healing.
Since last Sunday, I have created four new recipes (I share behind-the-scenes on most of these via Instagram Stories):
The Sweet Potato Hash Dinner Casserole and Hamburger Pie are classics, perfect for families. The Lemongrass Curry Chicken was a favorite at our household, and the Pumpkin Pie Pudding is a delicious fall pudding that will also aid in the healing efforts for those of you on a healing journey.
I can’t wait to share them with you, and I’ll try to post them all within the next couple of weeks. All four recipes will be sent to my gut and/or healing + true wellness with food and lifestyle EMAIL LIST and all of them (but the Pumpkin Pie Pudding) will be sent to my adoption, inspiration, passion, love, faith, and living in a way that helps define our purpose in life EMAIL LIST.
In the meantime, here are some recipes and food musings from other places on the Internet that I have recently created.
- Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
- 5 Ingredient Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes
- 3-Ingredient Protein Pancakes
- Snickerdoodle S’mores
- Cookiedough Bites
- Loaded Oatmeal Bowl
Whether you have special dietary restrictions and/or are on a journey to grow your family, I hope you will find several recipes of mine you love. (p.s. Feel free to CONTACT ME if there is a recipe you’d love to have or a type of meal/dish/ingredient you’d like me to feature.)
