I told myself I would never do 101 days of blogging again, and while I do still believe in living vs. blogging life, what I have realized over time is that I enjoy having this journaled footprint of life.
I have been reading and engaging in Chalene Johnson’s book, “Push.” In her book, she helps you create several goals plus a main PUSH goal, and then teaches you about reverse engineering in order to achieve those goals.
And while I can’t say that I am 100% confident as to what my main PUSH goal is yet, I am getting closer to it. As I inch my way towards it, I can feel that a consistent 101 day practice of writing, thinking and expressing right here will help me solidify this goal (and potentially make me one step closer to hitting it).
I did this before, in 2012, and if you’ve followed my blog for any length of time, you might remember it.
The #MyRevAct campaign encourages folks to share the ways they are embracing healthy revolutionary acts in their daily lives — because the more of us who stand up for our health and happiness, the more power we have to change the world. One person, one life, one small revolutionary act at a time.
But this time, I’m putting a new spin on it. Instead of the post titled according to the day’s revolutionary act (i.e. Day 1: Defy Convention), the post will be titled according to whatever I’m writing about but will include a spin on that day’s theme.
Each day I’ll write on a topic that you love to read about most. These are topics you’ve told me you enjoy most:
- adoption (big news coming!)
- gut-related issues and information + how-to’s
- how I live unprocessed
- A Loving Spoon nut butters (i.e. being a mompreneur)
- Spartan nutrition + Spartan training
