There are thousands of ways to spend $97 in 21 days when it comes to our health or the lack thereof.
Yesterday was the last day of the 21 Day New Year-New You Program.
Steph emailed: ‘”I look forward to continuing working with you! I have lost 18 lbs and down two pants sizes! But the way I feel about myself is worth way more than any pound I lost! What was once a hard scary decision for me has now became one of the best decisions I made for ME! I will forever be grateful for what you have done! “Thank you” could never explain my appreciation I have for all you have done!”‘
Wendy emailed: “I’m so pleased with how I feel that I really think is absolutely a lifestyle change I can stick to indefinitely So for that I’m very grateful to you! The weight is falling off just like you said it typically does, but the main part is definitely the way my gut has been feeling.”
Karri emailed: “ I look forward to continue with you Sarah. This is the first time in a long time that I actually feel well.” (<– SKH Note: Karri has also enrolled in a 6-month health coaching program with me now to continue her healing.)
As the emails poured in from participants, it occurred to me that every single one of them had a choice prior to beginning the program.
The holidays had just wrapped up, and money was likely not falling from the trees for them to participate. And yet, they were ready and willing to make a change. The investment on themselves was worth more than spending the $97 in other ways.
As women, we tend to buy things that make it feel good in the moment without taking into consideration the past or the future. We spend $97 like it’s nothing.
Ask yourself: ‘”How many times have I purchased a set of fancy diet pills, coffee, or diet soda to help me “lose weight and feel great?”‘
It sure adds up. Quickly.
There are countless ways to spend $97 in 21 days.
The person, body and gut you’ll be left with on day 22 is the exact same one you have today.
If you’re ready to join us, the next group starts on February 18th. Spaces are filling.
Love your guts,
